What are the results since purchasing that system over 10 years ago?. The results are a dog pound that's been over crowded the entire time.
Can we at least open up the dialog for change or are Pinal County Citizens stuck with a system that does not work put in place 10 years ago. What's wrong with the current system? Puts malware on your computer, run by an outside of Pinal County may the state company. Let's hire local its obvious we can do it and do it better than you can. Please current county supervisors if you are ok with PET Harbor please let us know so we can get rid of both you and it next election cycle is 2024 who are we keeping and who do we toss?

You can't demand changes when you don't know that changes, really, really, really needed changeds are kept hidden from the public. The county sends our 460,000 Pinal County Residents to a 3rd Party site that is not secure that steals busienss from our local printers. Why should the county spend over $12,000.00 per year on a company that has not secured their website, has content that will install malware/virues onto our residents computers.
I'm a local citizen, I own a web design, development and marketing company and I think this system that I am building here is much better than what the county sends over $12,000.00 to an ouside company to faciliate our Animal Control problems.
